Pat McNamee is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles (1986).  He got his first position as a Sales Representative for Larkin Management, a hospitality property management company  located in Orange County, eventually working up to the position of Director of Sales and Marketing, small properties division.

Mr. McNamee then moved to Laguna Hills based ABBASOFT Technologies as a Marketing and Sales Representative, eventually promoted to Marketing Manager in 1997.  With his background, there is no better agent to be had in the realm of sales and marketing.

In 2002, he realized a dream of owning his own restaurant and became the owner and manager of the Miners’ Union Restaurant and General Store located in the historic gold mining town of Randsburg, California.  As a natural ‘people person’ he excelled in business and was able to branch out into the home building field, starting a company called “Hi-Desert Custom Homes, Inc.” in 2004. At that time he began to get into real estate full time as a developer and builder of fine custom homes in the high desert.

Patrick McNamee brings to the table an intimate knowledge of the area, a solid background in sales and marketing and has been a bold adopter of the latest in online marketing technology.  He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the Southern California Multiple listing service.
