Please give me 48 hours notice of your visit, “the best is busy!!” - I am one of the top 3 agents in my office for sales in 2008 and will get you the best price on your Laguna Woods Real Estate purchase period! Please try to give me advance notice to see homes on the weekends because these times fill up quickly. During the work week most anytime is fine!

Once I have conducted the phone interview to see what kind of homes you are interested in (or you have filled out the online interview sheet) I will then email you a property report. This is a great way to get started in seeing Laguna Woods Realty if you are not quite ready to move yet or are curious to see what the homes look like!
After you view the property report, we can then schedule a meeting to view the homes in person. Typically, I can get these property reports to you within 72 hours.
