Top Three Reasons to Hire Pat McNamee when purchasing a home in Laguna Woods:

Everyone who sells Real Estate has to have a regular “Salespersons” license, but less than 5% of the REALTOR population are Brokers! Besides all the usual search criteria such as number of bedrooms and square footage, houses naturally fall into three categories in Laguna Woods:


	Category #1 - Lowest priced homes in Laguna Woods, fixer uppers. Category #2 - Moderately priced homes in Laguna Woods. Average priced homes, some aspects of the home have been updated but the house is not perfect. Category #3 - Higher priced homes that have been totally remodeled, turn key ready and beautiful.


	If you want a Category #1 home and fix it up yourself, these are simple to find. I find all the low priced “San Sebastian’s” let’s say and tour them to find only those low priced models with a certain kind of “charm” - Plus, they have to have a GOOD LOCATION. Why view 20 “dogs” to find 1 “gem”? That’s my job!

Likewise with the Category #2 homes. I find the best average priced “La Corona’s” let’s say, tour them, looking for that little extra, location, views, etc. Easy to find? No, you might see 10 and only find 2 with that added “something”.

Category #3 homes are also easy to find, but which are the nicest at the best price? I find the best remodels with the BEST location and then only show you these models. Hey, with over 400 homes on the market you can’t see them all! Once again, that’s my job.
