You may remember it by the initial name of the development, Leisure World. California weather is absolutely wonderful all year, and the beautiful coastline is only minutes away. This makes the area something of a buyer's market, with many options and unusually low prices. This area has been heralded as one of the finest retirement communities in the nation, ever since it was founded as Leisure World. California homes are rarely this affordable.
